At Dheemahi Yakshagana Kalakendra, we give special importance to Yakshagana Talamaddale. This unique art form plays a vital role in enhancing an artist’s thinking ability, spontaneity, and character interpretation skills. Talamaddale is a powerful complement to Yakshagana performance, deepening the artist’s overall expression and understanding.

We focus on training from the basics, including dialogue delivery techniques, modulating speed and style of speech for different characters, character handling, and developing depth in portrayal. Our approach ensures every student builds a strong foundation in both intellect and expression.
