At Dheemahi Yakshagana Kalakendra, we offer comprehensive Yakshagana training courses across various branches of the art form, suitable for both beginners and advanced learners:

• Mummela (Front Stage Performance) – Training includes acting, expressive dance (abhinaya), graceful movements, dialogue delivery, vocal modulation, posture, clean footwork, character-specific dance, and scene preparation.

• Himmela (Backstage Music Ensemble) – Lessons in Bhagavatike (vocal narration), Chande (drum), and Maddale (percussion) are provided with detailed practice.

• Makeup & Costume Design – Learn the intricate art of Yakshagana makeup (mukhavarnike) and costume designing for various characters.

• Talamaddale (Debate-Style Yakshagana) – Introduction to the fundamentals, structured dialogue techniques, and in-depth study of themes and storytelling.

• ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಮುಮ್ಮೇಳ – ಅಭಿನಯ, ಭಾವಾಭಿನಯ, ನೃತ್ಯ, ಸ್ವರದ ಏರಿಳಿತ, ಮಾತುಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಶುದ್ಧ ಶರೀರಾಭ್ಯಾಸ, ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ, ಪಾತ್ರ ಅನುಗುಣ ಕುಣಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸಂಗದ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಗಳ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ತರಬೇತಿ.
