At Dheemahi Yakshagana Kalakendra, we are dedicated to preserving and promoting the vibrant art of Yakshagana through committed training and performances. As part of this mission, having our own set of traditional costumes and ornaments is essential—not just for practice, but to deliver authentic and impactful performances.
To make this vision a reality, we are launching the Aahaarya project and seeking your generous support.
The cost of creating the complete costume and ornament set for a single character is approximately ₹35,000.
For a full-fledged 3 to 4-hour performance, involving 8-10 characters, the total costume cost comes to around ₹3,50,000 - ₹4,00,000.

ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿ ಬೆಳೆಸುವ ದಿಟ್ಟ ಹಂಬಲದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಧೀಮಹಿ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕಲಾಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಸಕ್ತ ಕಲಾವಿದರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಖರವಾದ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಬದ್ಧ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮದೇ ಆದ ಸಂಪತ್ತಾಗಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಆಹಾರ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿಪೂರ್ಣ ದೇಣಿಗೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
ಒಬ್ಬ ಪಾತ್ರದ ಪೂರ್ಣ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲು ಸರಾಸರಿ ವೆಚ್ಚ ರೂ. 35,000 ಆಗಿದೆ.
ಸುಮಾರು 3-4 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಥಾಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ (8 ರಿಂದ 10 ಪಾತ್ರಗಳು) ನಡೆಸಲು ಒಟ್ಟು ವೇಷಭೂಷಣ ವೆಚ್ಚ ₹3,50,000 - ₹4,00,000 ಆಗಿದೆ.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಣಿಗೆ ಈ ಅಪರೂಪದ ಕಲೆಯ ಉಳಿವಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ತಲೆಮಾರಿಗೆ ಈ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
